Our Programs

More About CHIP®
The CHIP® program focuses on developing a greater measure of intelligent self-care, providing a clearer understanding of the nature and origin of heart disease, its risk factors and the relationship of those risk factors with hypertension, diabetes, osteoporosis and more.
The program focuses on the adoption of better health habits and lifestyle choices. The goal is to facilitate possible disease reversal by lowering blood cholesterol, blood sugar levels, by reducing excess weight, lowering high blood pressure, enhancing daily exercise, and by eliminating smoking.
The CHIP® curriculum is carefully structured and emphasizes the prominent roles of diet, exercise and behavior change in the management of many chronic diseases. It empowers its participants with the knowledge they need to live healthier lives and gives them the tools necessary to avoid so many of the prevalent diseases we face in America.
