The health ministry of the Adventist Church includes a health care delivery system of church-operated clinics and hospitals throughout the world. There are top-quality medical universities and schools of learning, along with “bare-essentials” clinics serving developing countries. Through all of these avenues, the goal. . .is to make people whole in an imperfect and disease-ravaged world. As part of that system, we persue the highest quality of health education, integrating preventive and lifestyle interventions into whole person care by addressing the physical, social, mental, and spiritual needs of our clients and community in a culturally sensitive, compassionate and unconditionally accepting manner that is consistent with our Christian principles.
