Cheryl Goff, BSN, RN C

Cheryl Goff, BSN, RN C

Cheryl Goff, BSN, RN C is the administrator for Adventist WholeHealth Wellness Center. Her nursing experience includes over 20 years in health education and lifestyle management. Before becoming the administrator at AWHN, Cheryl spent eight years managing the cardiac rehabilitation program at the Pottsville Hospital in Schuylkill County. It has brought her much joy to be a part of the numerous success stories taking place over the years as people begin to take control of their lives, making changes that improve their health.


Lillian Tryon, MSN, RN

Lilly Tryon, MSN, RN

Lillian Tryon, MSN, RN has over 25 years of nursing experience in lifestyle approaches to wellness, community health education and faith-based health ministry. She holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing with an emphasis on coaching lifestyle change. Additionally, Lilly is a Certified Health & Fitness Instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine and a Certified Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches Corporation. Her passion is in assisting people to be successful in making lasting lifestyle changes for optimum health.


Sandra Ringer, RN

Sandra Ringer, RN

Sandra Ringer, RN is corporate wellness coordinator and a registered nurse with 19 years experience and a broad range of community health experience. She coordinates the clinical and corporate health screening services offered at Adventist WholeHealth. She is enthusiastic about helping people identify their health needs and empowering them for successful lifestyle change.


Lynette Duman, LPN

Lynette Duman, LPN

Lynette Duman, LPN has almost 40 years of nursing experience in a variety of settings from charge nurse in a nursing home to working with lifestyle physicians in a clinical setting. She coordinates the community health screening services offered by Adventist WholeHealth. Her desire is to help people improve the quality of their life through healthier living.


Denise Reinwald, CMT

Denise Reinwald, CMT

Denise Reinwald, CMT is a Certified Massage Therapist and graduate of Mt. Nittany Institute of Natural Health. Her commitment toward a career change in therapeutic touch began nearly 10 years ago with an injury that necessitated treatment by a massage therapist. That experience changed her life. With an infectious enthusiasm for whole health, Denise offers that same kind of compassionate care to others.


Karen Borton

Karen Borton

Karen Borton is administrative assistant for Adventist WholeHealth Network. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Communications. Karen has a gift of organization and calmness that keeps the office running smoothly. She has enjoyed learning more about the prevention and reduction of lifestyle disease in the last few years and the opportunity to help others better their health. Her passions include her two children, old bookstores and her avid interest in photography.
